Windows 7 not appearing in boot screen, but installed

hello.,
i am using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, and when i install windows xp to install some software that is not compatible with windows 7, after i finish installing xp., the boot screen not showing options either ro boot windows 7 or xp, it just goes booting windows xp.... i have some important infos in windows 7... Please help.

You can also try Win 7's XP compatibility mode to run the software that isn't compatible with Win 7. This is included with Win 7 Pro and above.
