What indicates that it's not genuine?

I thought something was a bit strange when the sticker on the bottom was partially damaged. Stupid place to put a licence sticker though. I'll see if they have the contact details of where they bought the laptop and to try and get it sorted.

1) the installed Key for Ultimate is the infamous Lenovo Stolen Key
2) There is an HPSLIC table showing in the BIOS - your machine is a Toshiba
3) Windows indicates that the Key is on a Block list
... do I need to go on?
