Hi guys,

I have just signed-in on your site.

My PC is running Windows 7 Pro, and every 7 days at approx. 15:20 hours it shuts down unexpectedly and displays BSOD. There is no backup schedule set, no other scheduled tasks, the antivirus is BitDefender 2011.

Please assist me on this, the debug file is attached along with a BSOD photo which hope will help.

Thanks a lot.

Toni

I managed to run the Windows 7 memory test as per site guidelines, and got no error messages after rebooting.

I went into Event Viewer --> Applications & Services Logs --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Memory Diagnostics Results, and the Debug file is empty.

I re-checked and found that my antivirus (BitDefender Pro 2011) has been set to run weekly scans. I have deleted this setting. Could this be the problem ?

Have a nice weekend.
