I've been running windows 7 Pro vers. 7600 on a second pc for many years that's not connected to the Internet. I have 2 pc's and this one I use for graphics work. I've never had any problems until today when I decided to upgrade my gpu. On installation of the nvidia driver it stopped the install stating I needed to install 2 updates first, that relate to the sha2 update.
So I tried to install these 2 updates and could not. Windows reported saying this update was not applicable to this system.
So now I'm stuck with an awful vga driver and cannot install the nvidia drivers.
Can anyone offer any help?
