Solved Windows 7 pro stalls when installing new programs but not updates

Ultimate has all the Language packs in Optional Updates so you can install the one of your choice if that is sufficient.

That is a very valuable disk so if it isn't what you want I would ask them to replace it with the correct one, unless the Language packs are enough.
