i have malwarebytes in this laptop, and after the full scan, it dont have nothing, i can post the result here if you want

Nah, that won't be necessary. Try this.

1. Click the Start Menu
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. Right click Command Prompt
5. Click Run as Administrator
6. Type into the Command Prompt "sfc /scannow" without the quotes (this will check your system files for errors and attempt to fix them)
7. If any errors show up, reboot, and repeat steps 1-7.
8. If errors do not show up, reboot and see if it fixes the problem.
9. If you have done steps 1-7 three times (if you have run sfc /scannow three times) let me know and we will try another alternative.

While sfc is running, I would like to get as much information from you as possible:
1. How long has the program manager issue been occurring?
2. What Antivirus software do you use in addition to Malwarebytes?
3. Do you use any optimizing software to do things like clean the registry, clean your temporary files, defragment, etc.?
4. Do you have system protection turned on and creating restore points?
5. Do you use backup and restore to back your computer up to an external drive?
6. If your answer is yes to 5, do you have a folder on your external drive called WindowsImageBackup?

Alright, you did not sound too sure about the restore points, so to find out if you have restore points, as that may be necessary for the next step, do the following:
1. Click on Start Menu
2. Right click on My Computer
3. Click on Properties
4. Click on System Protection
5. Under Protection Settings, see if your drive with (System) in it has protection set to On.

Okay, that is good news. Right click Ccleaner->Run as administrator->(If it asks you to update, ignore it)tools->System Restore. Tell me what is listed (whatever you do, DO NOT click the remove button).

Don't worry about it. Looks like you should have some good restore points. Any of those dated before your problem occurred?

CCleaner should list the date and time of each restore point, as well. Anything before 26th of November?

Also, since this is the first time you have used CCleaner, it is recommended that you not use the registry cleaning feature of CCleaner or any other program unless you are very familiar with how the registry works in Windows 7. Just a disclaimer that many of the experienced members on this forum give to people.

Reboot and run sfc /scannow again if you have not already done so. :)

It is best to reboot, but you can run it two more times without rebooting and see if it fixes it. If not, I would suggest rebooting and trying again.
