Windows 7 Promotional Disc?

What does it mean? I got this disc from a friend, its 32bit, not for resale, include Windows Anytime Upgrade and is Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have being registered for win7 promotional course in which they gave

1) Training
2) Study Material book
3) Study CD
4) Exam Voucher
5) Win7 Promotional 32bit as well as 64bit DVD.

Can I register the Promotional 32Bit DVD on my Brother's name?

Can I use the voucher myself for appearing the exam whereas the DVD will be registered on my brother's name?
