Hello

My computer is power-on 365 days over year, but i shutdown it for 3 days. I power-on my computer and get a "flash BSOD" with no dump. After this reboot, i get "A read disk error occurred. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". My RAID go to in "Initialize" state, in place of "Normal" state. I success to repair my Raid (no data loss). My Windows Boot Manager was damaged too, but i success to repair with Windows 7 DVD, after lot of manipulations.

iaStorV.sys is a driver to reconize Intel Matrix Storage raid volumes. My Windows 7 is located on a SSD, but my "Program Files" folder is on a hardware raid 5 volume.

I could start Windows, but i was getting "iaStorV.sys" file is missing or corrupt (normal or safemode). I replace this file by other iaStorV.sys located on my secondary Windows 7 x64.
After that, i can start Windows further, but i get a black screen during Windows loads, where i can hear my disks working, then my computer restart without BSOD.

Any idea (except a clean Windows 7 install) ?

I hope my English will be understandable. Thank you.

New advancement : i got a bluescreen if i connect my GeForce 9600 and reboot, i just got reboot if i use my Intel GMA integrated on my MB.

The BSOD is 0x50 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA).

I don't know what to do. I am unable to do a sfc /scannow /offbotdir=C:\ /offwindir=c:\Windows from the command prompt of the installation DVD (i got "was unable to fix..." and the CBS.log was not modified).

How repair Windows 7 files, without checkpoint or backup images, with the installation DVD. It was possible with Windows XP...

During the last time where Windows boots successfully (1 week ago!), i haven't expected any problem (performance, adware, suspicious behaviors...). I will do a system scan.
I don't have any antivirus/spyware scanner/firewall.

Maybe i have unchecked some drivers that i was thinking useless or missing files, with Autorun (sysinternals tool).

I replaced C:\Windows\System32\Config\ files by \RegBack. The boot is longer but leads to BSOD too. I rollback my actions. I hope this don't have damaged my registry.

I try to boot in "Enable log" mode. This create c:\windows\ntbtlog.txt. No errors.
In this file, i have checked all "Loaded driver" :
- i search on C:\Windows, the filename (by example pci.sys)
- add all results (c:\windows\system32, driverstor, winsxs...) in Tera Copy
- verify files

If the actual file (located in c:\windows\system32[\drivers]) have a unique CRC32 (= different CRC of all others results) => i replace (rename) this file by the copy located on driversstore.
I have found 3 files :
- iaStorV.sys (that i have already replaced (renamed) before)
- cdrom.sys
- rdpbus.sys

These 3 files have different CRC than the copy on driverstore, but with the same size. I replaced these files but with no change.

Thank you usasma for the link "Repair Install Windows 7" but :
"You cannot do a repair install at boot or in Safe Mode."

I am unable to boot in Normal mode.
