Windows 7 restarts on windows logo during install

Dear All,

I have a problem installing windows 7 on my laptop.

So here is the problem : I put an boot-able usb with windows 7 into usb port and start the installation. The windows is copying files and then comes the windows logo and then the PC restarts and goes into infinite loop.

What I have done:

>I filled my western digital HD with zeroes and run the full test and there were no errors on the HDD.
>I run the Memtest v5 and there were also no errors.
>Currently I'm ruining the Memtest86 v4.3.7 ( at the time there are no errors)

Did somebody had a similar error with windows installation?

The Laptop model is Acer Apire 6920G.

How can I debug what is causing the error?

I don't know exactly what problem you are having.
I do know that when I do a clean install I use this tutorial by Brink to guide me.

Dear Jack,

I try to explain.
You send me the link to the tutorial.
So first i see the image 2 " Press any key to boot from Cd or DVD..."
Here i press "any" key and then the windows is loading files.
After the load is complete then appears the windows 7 logo and the PC reboots.
I don't get to the picture 3 of the tutorial that you send to me.

Are you booted into Windows 7 and then trying to do a Clean Install?

You can not do a Clean Install if your computer is booted into another operating system.

Where did you get your Windows 7 ISO from?

I have used that tutorial several times and it has always worked.
Can you use a DVD to do your install.

Dear Jack,

the HDD is empty so there is no OS on my laptop. I'm not booted nor i can enter safe mode or anything.
I'm doing windows install on empty HDD.

I use the boot-able USB created with rufus , and i tried the USB on different machine and it works.

What is the difference if i use USB or DVD as boot media?

Make sure you only have the drive you want to install Windows 7 on is connected.
DVD seems to make the install easier for some.

Where did you get your Windows 7 ISO and do you have a proper COA key?

Dear Jack,

I only have one HDD on my system.

If the USB is working on other machine then the USB is boot-able.
The ISO is okay because i can install it on other machine.

Boot from the USB flash disk.
Go to install - advanced - delete ALL partitions - create new
Win 7 will create 2 partitions:
120M- RAW -MSR
a big NTFS.
Choose to Install on the big NTFS partition an proceed.

Is it possible that the GPU does the problem? Is there a software like Memtest for graphic card?
When does actually graphic card com in play in windows 7 boot?
