Does it work if you run it without the scheduler? I don't know what the "said" command is.

When I run your batch in a command prompt I get this

C:\Users\Miles>echo on

C:\Users\Miles>said Hello
'said' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Users\Miles>pause
Press any key to continue . . .

Yes if run maunally it will open the command windows, but if schedule under scheduler window 7 it wouldn't but refer to scheduler status it runing.

As the script run we need to reply "Y" to continue next step. but for window 7 there is not command prompt screen show so we unable to reply "Y" that cause the scheduler stuck, kept under runing status..

Thanks

Are you running the scheduled task using the same user account that you are logged into windows with?
If the scheduled task runs with a different user account you won't see the command window.

I don't know why you don't see the window, but here's some things you can try.

In Task Scheduler Enable All Tasks History, run the task, and look through the History tab for any errors.

Run a System File Check to make sure you don't have any issues.

Create a new Windows User Account and task for that account, see if it works.
Maybe there is some corruption in the Windows User Account you are using ?
