Sadly i'll have to wait until MSDN/TechNet releases the Official ISOs because i use a Spanish version of Windows 7. If it were for me, i'd download the English one, but... again, sadly... the rest of my family (3 people) use this computer too and they don't understand english that much, they know the basics of course, but... :huh:

Well i think i kinda found a " BUG " with the Sp1 whenever i try to group some files ( by date modified ) and choose from the VIEW list ( list ) it hangs and process explorer.exe keeps eating the ram till you kill it ...i dunno if microsoft knows about it.

i tried to group a lot of files to date to modified so i can find out my last edited files and i tried after that to list view them but i couldn't ...after i selected the list explorer.exe freezes and when i did look at the task manager it was using all the processor and mem usage where increasing like crazy and i had to end the process so i can resume my work . i tired it many times to confirm the bug .
**the folder i'm trying with it contains 150 folder

I dunno, I just tried it with a folder containing 1,099 sub-folders and 7,378 files. No issue. Not a bug. Something else is happening in your case.

yes ! something weird is going on with me cause this hang happens only in one folder, my other folders/drives are ok and it's over 100GB that's a lot to transfer to another drive so i can be able to format the drive that contains that folder ... i just wonder what might be the reason causing it !... i scanned my pc for virus and it came clean so something is missing and i dunno what is it.

Go to "Computer", right click that drive and select properties. Now go to the Tools tab. Under "Error Checking" there is a "Check now..." option. If its your system drive you'll likely have to reboot to run the check. If you are worried about something getting messed up remove the check mark next to automatically fix and it should just report any errors it finds.

I don't get it

I can see some on here that do a lot of beta testing and have systems available for that purpose. The problem I see today is the original leaks were probably OK but now other locations have picked up on them and you now have dangerous copies out there. So now the unsuspecting will Google for SP1 and find the bad copies and not know the difference. For now I believe it is best for the average user to wait to be sure they get a clean copy. Reminds me of that old cop show where the Sargent says "Be careful out there" :busted:
