Windows 7 sp1 & USB2 bug.

1) NOTE: For this you must be using a PS2 Keybroad & Mouse.
2) Uninstall ALL USB Controller drivers.

3) Reboot PC.
4) Windows will reinstall all the USB Controller drivers on restart.
