According to russian website, screenshots of new SP1 build are available.


As described by authors, they test it both on Windows 7 and Server R2. I googled about with build. There are no download links available :( Looks like it's unleaked and they won't to share binaries,just only pictures.

just did a search for 7601 on the bay and found this:

Dunno if its real or not, but I'm downloading it and will see.

I have to ask, given that SP1 is basically a security rollup, why would you want to take the risk of downloading it from a torrent site?

i just checked on the site that torrent was uploaded (private tracker) and they said a changelog will be coming soon... apparently its more than just updates...

Microsoft said differently in the most recent Maximum PC. I'll wait for the official release before testing it out. Windows 7 works great as is, so there's no need to make it less stable right now.

Agreed :p there will be a SP3 for Vista before 7 and who knows there might be a SP4 for XP since there supporting it till around 2012/13. And that will be a SP3 rollup or a full SP4 Final then the rollups the same way NT did after SP6 and 2000 SP4 R2. :huh: but this is just speculation on my part just adding up Microsofts history with SP's crap:party:

XD LOL there might be a SP1 soon. since there are bearly any updates out since 7 was released so im thinking theres going to be some new features in 7 in SP1 when it comes out but im thinking there might be one near november. :huh:
