Windows 7 Starter, adding User Accounts..

Hi,

Is there any workaround regarding adding User Accounts Windows 7 Starter or is it pretty much a dead deal?

Windows 7 Starter Edition. Can be upgraded to Home Premium.(Not Home Basic) Than you would be able to do alot more features..like add another user.etc.However since you have the Starter version It is a netbook right, or a low level PC? (So as long your PC meets the Minimum Specs CLICK HERE TO SEE)..You would be able to do the Anytime Upgrade within Windows 7 Just Search for (Windows Anytime Upgrade) In the start Menu..

But that is the only way to Add another User and add more features is to Upgrade to Home Premium which I heard was $80 (I think)
