Well ... unless some others have a different solution for you ... it would seem your only other option is to reinstall Windows 7.i try to press F8 , F12 but im not able to pass the screen =/
With Windows XP you could just use the install CD and reinstall XP and copy over the system files. Windows 7 does not allow for this. You can do a "Repair Install" but only if you are able to boot into windows. As you are not able to start Windows, this is not an option.Isnt there a way that i can reinstall it but i don't loose the installed programs on the old?
Your boot partition (the 100MB "System Reserved" partition, if you have one) seems to be working correctly as it gives you the option to repair your computer when Windows does not startup correctly. So removing the boot partition and moving the boot code to the Windows partition is not going to change what is preventing Windows from starting.OR, cant i make a new boot file in C: using the command prompt? cant it be done?
You can boot to the DVD and go to this page where you can restore using a "Restore Point"I have the installation DVD but not the restore CD ~
To use the Windows Backup you have to be able to start Windows. But if you have a saved "Backup Image" you can restore that the same way you would do the "Restore Point"A backup will work? cuz i think one friend of mines has it![]()
If you have saved a backup, yes, you can reinstall Windows and from inside Windows use the backup to restore your settings to when the backup was created.so to make it easier i just have to install the W7 and then use the backup and Voila![]()
