Black windows for 5 minutes on windows 7 start

Hello everyone and especially happy new year 2022.
I have a big problem with my HP Probook 4730s PC which is running Windows 7 64bits. When I turn it on, I access the entry window with the flag and the 4 circles rotating, then I have a black screen which remains frozen for 5 minutes, then I finally get a normal launch of the desktop and everything seems to be working normally. My drivers are updated, I have by the way, intalled a new SSD Drive.
Please help to solve this black screen problem that is showing for so long.

It may be finding a problem to load a driver, a service or a program.
Try a Clean boot

It isn't a solution but a test.

Did it started after you installed the SSD? How long did it take with the HDD?
Do you have any type (HB, HP, Pro or Ultimate) Win 7 64bits installation media?

Test done and nothing seemed abnormal !
I have launched the Windows startup Log and found some service loading issues:
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\MpFilter.sys
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\srv.sys
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\vga.sys

Lets do the basic

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
Restart
Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc

Back to Windows, open a CMD window as administrator and type:
sfc /scannow

If it finds any corrupted files, fixing or not, reboot and run again

I followed your recommendation :

chkdsk c: /f went quiet fast, after the reboot and detected no error nor bad sectors or clusters.

sfc /scannow: Did detect some errors but wasn't able to correct them (CBS Log generated is a text file quiet large 3.30 Mo).

Did you rerun SFC /scannow after a reboot?
