Windows 7 stopped working, Cant start antivirus programs or anything

Hi...
Im having the same issue las good 10 days. Im using my computer at work so I can go on here and ask for help.
My Toshiba satelite laptop, running on windows & home premium restatrted by it self and when it came back lots of things were different.
-The web cam meny box on the side(or top) of the screen was gone.
-I was able to enter my files but I couldnt start or install any programs. Couldnt start any antivirus program and I have (Avira and Ad-Aware)
-Internet browser is not openning either
-I tried to start it in Safe mode, safe mode with internet, Repair my computer and basicly any option in 'advanced boot options-F8'-nothing
Recover or restoring to some other day is not working either and lots of options in control panel wont start, all those that have something to do with computer settings or system to do.
-Is a Format disc only option.. and what happened.???!!

Hi,

Can you actually boot into your PC at all?

If you can, please follow these steps:

1. Click Start Orb
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. Right-click on cmd.exe in the list, and click 'Run as administrator'
4. In the CMD Windows that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.
5. Post a screen capture of the output once it completes.

Lets see this output first before we try other suggestions.

Golden beat me to it (again) but if you can't boot, follow the procedure below to run sfc /scannow at a repair boot. Use Method One and follow the steps 1-10.

It is saying 'Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations'...

But everything is still the same....

And I dont have the Windows 7 cd-dvd. I wuld have to buy it first. Its just weird that I can acces my files but cant start or install any programs or go online.

Are you getting a black screen on start-up and a message about Windows 7 not being genuine?

Are you getting any error messages when you try to start a program?

Are you the only user on the PC or do you have multiple accounts?

Fill in your system specs so we know what type of PC we're talking about. (Model, Desktop, laptop, homebuilt-MB, etc.)

I have two accounts on there. My personal and Guest.
When I start a program or the internet explorer it flashes like its gonna open it and then it just stops.
No black or blue screen everything seems normal.

It is a laptop, Toshiba Satellite C650, and its windows 7 home premium. Its just lil morr then a year old.

Hi,
I know I'm new here but trust me!

Sounds like some malware or a virus to me. If you can get it to open, please try scanning your computer with Malwarebytes anti-malware. It has a feature called Chameleon that should allow it to install and open even on infected systems. Follow the guide here How to use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to scan and remove malware from your computer. If it wont install, try it again in safe mode.

I have to say again I can not install any new or start any already installed programs on my laptop. The only one I was able to start is the CC Cleaner.
Everything seems normal but for that. I cant do it in safe mode, not in safe mode with internet or if I run it as administrator.

Hi,

As you can't open anything, please try to create a USB virus recovery disk using Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10. This will load before windows starts off a USB drive and will be able to load as it does not rely on windows. Download portable supersntispyware. It changes the exe extension to something else so it can open.
