Windows 7 takes 60 seconds to boot (Using SSD)

Hello,
I have an Samsung SSD EVO 850 (250GB), 8GB of DDR3 RAM and a I3-2120 (Sandy Bridge) CPU
Running windows 7 with service pack 1 ( 6.1.7601 according to ver command)
Boot takes 60 seconds to load.
Been trying Sfc /scannow

Here is some useful stuff from my computer:
ntblog.txt
System information log
System (Event viewer)

I have also found this guide guide
At first i have choosen the first one - Only discovering problems but without repairing them.
Rebooted my pc then went to the event viewer. There i have seen that ArcSec Driver has failed to start.
I have switched to the second option that includes repair, rebooted my pc and nothing. nothing has changed.
I have launched Autoruns Sysinternals and found some problems - deleted some, disabled some but it changed nothing. Still boot takes 60 seconds (from the moment "starting windows" is on the screen till you can type a password)

Did you clean install to the new ssd it is advised over cloning,
Did you align the ssd ?

Also did you use samsung magician to update the ssd's firmware ?

For info only.
Note: Do not try to do clone on SSD using this Mini Tools partition wizard.
I tried on 3 new SSD, include align, etc; but the clone stop halfway.
Laptop HDD light is off, which should not be, as i did watch when it started the clone process.
Using the Check Disk (Mini Tools partition wizard), there are no errors on all the 3 SSD recently bought.

Edit: btw, the boot takes about 20 sec.

No, i didn't.
I was using an Intel 330 120GB SSD before i had the samsung. I have cloned the system from the regular hdd using Intel cloning software, and then i have cloned the system from the intel ssd with samsung cloning software. Hope you have got it
I don't remember if i have aligned the ssd. and yes i have the latest frimware.

Actually the first SSD was cloned successfully.

Will take note on your suggestion.
Align is not necessary as clone would handle it.
