Windows 7 Taskbar Change

Hi, I'm new to these forums.

Recently my computer frozen, It was frozen for very long before I decided to reset it. I took the short method by turning it off by the button, after re-booting my task-bar has changed... It is no-longer transparent and is out of proportion.

It's not that, It's the colour.

It used to be able to be transparent, but now It's just white, and I can't change it.
