Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit - Not able to logon

My windows 7 ultimate 32bit, which is genuine OS, but unfortunately I did not write down my product key
Regularly I install update, but a few days back while I tried to log on with correct password it failed and show a
message " The user profile service service failed the log on user profile cannot be loaded"
Now what to do, plz help me

Your product key is on the sticker attached to you machine. If its an OEM machine of course. You can also use this freeware to find the key : KeyFinder | Magical Jelly Bean

As for your log on problem, here's what Microsoft says about it : You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon? error message
