Windows 7 ultimate 32bit high physical memory usage

Hi,

about 2-3 days ago I noticed my computer used alot of memory just after booting up and eventually shuts down. I have a 8gb ram (around 4gb is being used since im using 32bit). Before i could play games while browser is open it used around 80~%. How do prevent the usage to going so high? :cry:

Run you Windows 7/32 with only 4 gigs of ram installed or less.

If you know 32 bit can only use up to 4 gigs of ram, why did you install 8 gigs of ram?
