The WindowsUpdate.log file is located here:

C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log

I followed the instructions in the post that you referred to it, please find both below files:

1- WindowsUpdate.Log file , I zipped it becuase it is origin size before compression 36 MB.

2- CBS

Now this is going to be a tough one! There are no errors reported by the SURT, but the CBS log is showing corruption of quite a few files.

Could you run the following command in Command Prompt and copy the output please?

dir C:\Windows\servicing\Packages\Package_1_for_KB2647753~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.4.0.*

?? - I only see two files in the CBS log, so far as the SFC is concerned?
Aren't the files you're looking at part of the failure mode of WU?
(maybe we'd better take this discussion elsewhere??)

This is screwed - I also have the same problems as the OP and so far the outputs from all the steps are the same.

Cant install Windows6.1-KB2758857-x64, tried also manually off course.
