Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1 - blue screen of death

Hi guys,

When I was installing my USB 3.0 Drivers after installing Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1, I got the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH for about 4 seconds, then my PC restarted, and when it was loading the blue welcome screen, it restarted again, this same thing happened around 3 to 4 times before Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1 loaded properly passed the welcome screen. My computer is functioning perfectly normal now, and has been functioning perfectly normal for about 5 hours, but I'm not sure if the BLUE SCREEN of DEATH actually did something to my PC, or the Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1 that I have installed.

Is there a software that can check if my Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1 is functioning 100% perfectly normal?, otherwise, how do I check if my computer is 100% stable with the Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit Service Pack 1 that I have installed?
