Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Swap RAM sticks. Test your RAM: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Make sure you have the latest BIOS version update. IF so, reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
While in BIOS setup, set the SATA controller to AHCI to try install. If it fails, try IDE mode.
Test your HD with maker's full diag/repair CD scan from link above.
Unplug all other HD's and peripherals to try install.
