This matter is solved
I done what you said and install the Microsoft fixit and that didn't work. Here is the Windows update log and the picture of the Microsoft fixit report. While doing these things I can across this web site.
|SOLVED|* Error 0x80070003; Unable to install - Microsoft Community and done what it said. Now I have updates. Over 8oo mb worth. Thank you for all your help!! Also I did uninstall that office. Thank you Torchwood.
