Windows 7 UPDATE FAIL for KB2729094

Hi there, for over a month I cannot seem to complete the update for "Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2729094)"

And in return receive the error CODE: 8023200D (Picture attachment)

I have tried to install it manually, install it through shutting it down and nothing works.
I have looked online for solutions and tried the systems readiness tool, and followed the standard troubleshoot instructions but still won't update. Please help thank you.
