Windows 7 Updates - Multiple Failures

Hi,

I just did a clean install of Win 7 32 bit on a new hard drive. I have Automatic Updates active and have activated my install of Win 7. I have the following multiple update failures despite having run update manually several times and Fix It as well. Do I need to go through each of these updates manually? I have the PC hard wired by Ethernet to the router.

Also, I ran SURT and SFC, no errors reported.

Help please, this is extremely frustrating! Thanks!

There's no significant errors in either the SFC scan, or the CheckSUR scan.

Please open Windows Update and run a Search for Updates - then deselect all updates except for the oldest one, and run that one on its own.
Post the error message, and the C:\Windows\windowsupdate.log file.

Noel,

I ran the update check and it only came up with one optional update (Bing Desktop) which I don't want to install. How do I get Update to show the failed updates?

Thanks!

Hi,

I just checked installed updates and all the updates except for KB890830, KB2598845 and KB2703157 were installed. Do I need to install these now? I cleared the update history and re-ran update check and it came back with only the optional Bing Desktop update.

Thanks!

Please download, install, and run Belarc Advisor (www.belarc.com) - what updates does that show as being missing?
