Windows 7 Windows update broken cant run

recently i went to see if there is any updates for Win7 pro and low and behold Windows update not working:

i ran WindowsUpdate.diagcab and it fixed some errors but couldnt apply recent updates in red...

i have restarted all service still does not want to go out and look for updates.

i ran the diag.cab tool and got service registration is missog or corrupt, sfc scannow did not fix anything,

ok so i ran the Hotfix system Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB947821) [October 2014], took a few minitues, rebooted and ran windows update from the icon near the clock it appears to be run but then it asks to restart again, there are no error codes or anything. What logs from the CBS folder should i upload?

Hi,

you saw the request from Snick, you need to read post 4 in the tutorial so you can post the log

Based on the fact that SURT only ran for a few minutes looks like its good - post the log anyway..

Can you also post the output from this tutorial
