CheckSUR shows the following problems -
Code:
Unavailable repair files:
 winsxs\manifests\amd64_wiaxx002.inf.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_fr-fr_fb232f98da6dc9a2.manifest
 winsxs\manifests\amd64_wiacn001.inf.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_fr-fr_34af38bae7a3820c.manifest

The SFC extract you posted shows only one problem
Code:
2014-03-24 17:34:56, Info CSI 00000232 [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"netiougc.exe" of Microsoft-Windows-TCPIP, Version = 6.1.7600.16385, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_IA32_ON_WIN64 (10), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral in the store, hash mismatch

I'd much rather see the entire CBS.log file - there is a lot more data in it that may be relevant.

I'll try an post a fix protocol for the CheckSUR problems later - they need to be fixed before we address the SFC problems anyhow.

Hmm - I didn't notice earlier that these files are localised French ones, and from the original install, rather than updates.

I'm going to have to ask around and see if anyone reputable has copies that I can use.

Don't run away! :)

Thanks NoelDP, but I believe that the files are not from original install, since I asked for copies from colleagues having exactly same laptops (been provided by same supplier), but they did not found the files within their machines !!

The file versions are from the RTM, and therefore on the original install disks - they should be present on any French install.
I'll have a good hunt later and see if I can find them in the MUI pack.

Sorry about the delay!

With luck this should do the trick...

I've uploaded a file - a78aa.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder a78aa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folder inside it (Manifests)

Copy the content of the manifests folder (.manifest files) into this folder:

C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Winsxs\Manifests

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

Then run a new SFC /SCANNOW and post the entire CBS.log file (you'll have to copy it to the desktop first, then compress it)

Please post the FULL CBS.log file

You need to replace the file using the correct version, in the proper manner - or you will continue to get problems, or even make things worse.
How did you get around the fact that you don't normally have permissions to modify the target location?

I already replaced the file with another version following the procedure of (takeown /f , then icacls Path_And_File_Name, then Copy Path_And_File_Name_Of_Source_File Path_And_File_Name_Of_Destination) but the error still exist when I run SFC /scannow.

initially, there was many corrupted files which I replaced and no more shown on the log file, except for the (netiougc.exe) which still generate an error even after replacement.

CheckSUR is now clear.

I've uploaded a file - a78ab.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it.

Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ and click on Extract
Close all windows (it would be a good idea to print these instructions!)

Now reboot to the Repair Environment - as soon as the machine restarts, start tapping F8 - this should bring up the Advanced Boot Menu, at the top of which should be the option 'Repair my Computer'
Pick that
You'll have to log in with your username and password.

Pick the option to use a Command Prompt
At the prompt type
DIR C:\a78ab
hit the enter key - if you get a 'Not Found' error try
DIR D:\a78ab
or
DIR E:\a78ab

The drive letter in use when you find the folder will need to be substituted (for<drive>) into the following command...

XCOPY <drive>:\a78ab <drive>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h

(e.g. XCOPY P:\wfire P:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h )

run the command (it should take almost no time) and when the prompt returns, type
EXIT
and hit the Enter key to exit Command Prompt - reboot to Normal Mode Windows.

Now run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
then reboot and upload the new CBS.log file to your reply

Please follow the instructions exactly as given - they were written that way for a reason!
You almost certainly copied the files to the wrong destination - the SFC results haven't changed.
