Windows 8 Images gets blury when set as desktop

i tried changing personalize settings fit , center tiles etc, the picture looks great in windows picture preview
and also i tried 1366X768 (my current desktop resolution) and 1080p too dosent make a change btw

Try this one and see if there's any difference the file size on the one you posted is quite small 135kb
I just got a new one off of bing search and resized it to this one from 1920-1080

If this is your screen resolution size Fill should work the best :/ it's what I use for my images that are the exact size.

thank you for fast respond, just noticed even if i chose tiles and save it it wont change

i guess its something with the settings
