If Repair doesn't work i guess you could try a Clean install remove everything and reinstall still issue then it might be your video card.

but don't u know this card with older driver version like as u seen in screenshot or by manually update the driver and then troubleshoot the aero seems to work then what would be the exact problem

only the 2008 version driver seems to ok with aero and others don't let me to run aero

I have the exact same problem

I have the asus 4670! and when I installed the win7 it was ok
but from time to time aero gets off?!?!? when I installed the new drivers it came back but after one restart it again changed to classic!
I tried everything and nothing seams to work!
please help

Sina, It's easy, it happens to you because Windows 7 was not patched correctly, these are incompatibility issues when you made orginal your windows 7 through a program.

You have to download the Wat Remover 2.2.6, it is difficult to obtain because most on the internet are viruses. When the screen is opnened you put in Remove, and it will end with the imcopatibilidades between your windows and patch you put it to do original your windows. Aero will work again.

I'm curious if you're running custom themes with any sort of patch? The reason I ask is, I tried some theme patch awhile back and my Desktop Windows Mgr service kept getting clobbered and wouldn't stay on. I uninstalled the patch and restored system and everything was normal.
