Solved Windows ask user name and pasword within first start

I reinstalled my windows and after instalation when it´s going to startup there is screen (see below) where i have to type user name and pasword and I don´t have any. On previous win7 I had my administrator acc with password but it´s not working (still in my opinion there shouldn´t be any information from previous win because I format hard disc so it´s completely empty).

Once you have the image saved, click the Go Advanced button then click on the Paperclip Icon next to the Smiley Icon. In the Manage Attachments window, click Browse and navigate to where you saved the image and select it.
Click the Upload button.
Close the Manage Attachments window.
Click on the Paperclip Icon again and select the image you uploaded. It will be placed in your post.
