Solved Windows automatic start after put in sleep!

Windows is starting automatically when put to sleep mode. I have tried unchecking automatic restart from advanced system settings but no result. Do it has to do something with registry to solve this.
please tell.

windows is automatically restarting after putting to sleep or sometimes shutdown.
Event manager cant tell anything.

Try to explain more in details, including screen shot or anything.
Anything which you may consider as not important, but also may be important.

Hence, no one able to understand what is the problem you are having.
Start from the beginning, such as; never happen before, any hardware & software added, do any setting, etc.

Suggest you never to touch on the registry as this is for geek

It was my ATI Catalyst running some processes (don't know why?)
