Windows backup cant uncheck drive

Hi guys
ran into some trouble recently,
reinstalled my OS on my SSD, left my D:\ with all my installs on it
however when i go to windows backup i cant uncheck my D:\ for some reason.

i tried bootrec /fixboot in system option via cd but didnt change anything

anything i can do to fix this?

D:\ is a HDD
C:\ is a SSD
