Went to reboot my windows home premium 64 bit PC and windows would continually freeze right after the windows screen and not completely load the login screen (black background with power options listed).
Will not work in safe mode, with or without command prompt.
Using system disc, startup repair does nothing.
Burnt a standalone sweeper disc on another system and it doesn't boot properly.
What can I do?
