Solved windows boot manager

today i see my cpu usage 90%
i confused,i don't know anything
so i disable all start up on msconfig..
and then know i recieve blackscreen
windows boot manager
-----------------------
bla bla
1 insert instalation cd
2... bla bla....
winload.exe
missing or corrupt....

i don't have installation cd
i run windows7 ultimate on acer travelmate 8372..

please help me, and sorry my english not good

really crazy,,
change every second..
5% - 90%
slowly move down to 1%
and then up to 90% again

yeah go to boot manager
winload mcorrupt again,,
and then i clik enter=continue

i press enter on windows 7,but back to
winload.exe corruptagain

Okay,,i can access F12..
In there the computer let me chosee to boot
Boot manager

Ok....
And then i insert my flashdisk to usb port
Ta da da ....
The computer let me choose again
Boot manager

1 USB FDD : udisk

I think i can copy something in USB ..
So that computer can boot ..
But,what's tool's can I use in flashdisk ??
I think If the tools is right,my computer can solved..
