If you have a legit key, you can use a friends cd to reinstall, just use your key.

But the CD all my friend run another OS ..
Can i use bootsect. In flashdisk ?
Where can i download?
And how can i burn to flashdisk ??

How did you get Windows 7 in the first place? If it was preinstalled, you should have a boot recovery by pressing F8 immediately before windows boots.

I think is not preinstalled..
In boot menu just have windows 7,no another one..

This problem is twice come to me..
Last month i bring to repair..
He just in 5second go to safe mood..
And then see ask me to wait 3hour..
Ok problem solved, I pay $75
And the problem come again..
I don't want go to here again, if i must pay that's money..
You think,he just in second go to safemood,
I'm 2days,cannot go to safemood..

When the Acer screen starts to disappear keep pressing F8 until you are given the menu. One of the options is repair that is what you want.

Thankyou thlarset,i try many times,the F8 can't bring me to safe mood..
If my laptop normaly,the F8 can use..
But now F8 can't...

In the shop..
I just see him get flashdisk and connet to usb port,and then safemood come out..
I think he have A software in flashdisk..
You know what software can bring me to safemood..
I find anywhere to download bootsect,but i didn't find...

OP said he disabled all Startups and PC would not then start.

The solution is to boot into System Recovery Options to System Restore to a point before he did this.

If unable to access Options by tapping the F8 key at boot, or if they are not on the Advanced Boot Options menu, then the next step is to help burn a System Repair Disc - Create or an installer to access them.

The installer is provided in steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and Step 5 of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

Once you are back to the desktop, post back a screenshot of your expanded msconfig>Startup window so that we see everything all at once. THere is something that when deselected caused your PC to become unbootable.

If these fail start at the top of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start because as suggested you may coincidentally have an infection.

just copy windows 7 installation to to dvd...
2gb i download in 6hours with my phone
just insert installation cd,and then startup repair..
ok,problem solved...
i don't mind in the first case i disable all my startup
just with startup repair,problem solved

i really say thank all,,
