Windows Boot Manger Problem

Hello got a problem ok about 2 days ago my laptop (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit) said insert boot-able device so i went google-ing now i got it on recovery mode with my usb flash from a video so i successfully got it on recovery mode then i clicked on start-up repair i took forever so sleep by in the morning it was done so now when i restarted my computer it now say

1.Insert your windows installation disc and restart you computer
2.Choose your language settings and then click next
3. Click Repair your computer

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Work through the steps for troubleshooting unbootable Win7 in my signature below. Post back results.
