Morning guys

Last night while playing on World of Warcraft I needed to use the bathroom. On my return I found that my of had crashed with lots of vertical and horizontal lines about 5mm apart. I immediately reset using the power button but upon the reboot I ended up booting to a green screen where I am unable to get a response from the system.

At first I could access safe mode but not the startup repair tool but after several attempts I managed to get the repair tool to work. After running the repair tool it reported that it couldn't fix my problem and rebooted my PCs back to the green screen. Unfortunately, since using the repair tool o have now lost the option to boot to safe mode and now only have the option to run the repair tool again or start windows normally.

Is there anyone who can offer any help???

Thanks in advance

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly Thrashzone.

I have tried the startup repair tool a few times now and on each attempt it reports it cannot repair it.

I am off to bed now so please don't think I am being ignorant if I don't come back to you until tomorrow.

Many thanks
