Windows changed Outlook .pst-file into folder

Windows 7 seemed to have suddenly changed one of my .pst files I use for Outlook into a folder (written in green). The folder/file is located outside of the surveillanced recovery locations, is there a way to change said folder back into a working file?

No idea what you are referring to honestly. But Windows would not suddenly do something to PST or any other files unless told to do so by a user or application.

I've seen Windows do more weird stuff than that.

I've been using Outlook, I hibernated my computer, hibernated system didn't recover correctly so I had to restart (didn't mention that). After that, the file was now shown as a folder.
