Solved Windows couldn't automatically blind the IP protocol stack.

Yes, I just installed Panda Cloud Antivirus and took off Avast. So, does that mean its bad?

Anyway..solved. Avast has been uninstalled...correct? That could have been the problem.

I did reset tcpip, it's like a reinstall of tcp/ip.

uninstall Panda Cloud Antivirus. reboot. wireless still works?
install Panda Cloud Antivirus. wireless still works?

if not working..... uninstall the shitware and do the reset trick again and reboot
