Windows Defender service not installed

I have a problem with windows defender. I try to start the servuce it but it doesn't work. It seems service is not installed.

I have a problem with windows defender. ....

Your screenshot shows Windows Security from Windows 10/11 and your specs in 'My Computer' say Windows 11.
