Windows doesnt detect Sound Card

hello guys, i need some about my computer..
recently, i've been re-format my computer and change XP to windows 7 home premium. then when i go to you*ube.com, it doesnt came up any sound.
and go to Run>dxdiag>Sound and the windows doesnt detect my sound card !!!
My audio device was Simbadda CST 5000
Realtek High Definition Audio Device as the Audio Driver and using ASUS

Hi Simb, with out knowing too much about your PC system all I can offer is go to Realtek Realtek ,download the audio drivers you require or visit Asus for the drivers for your mobo ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download .If you would be so kind and tell us the Model of your motherboard we may be able to help you further
