Boot up using the Startup Repair CD or Windows 7 DVD. (not the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk) If you have a Netbook, you will need a CD/DVD drive.
NOTE: Make sure no USB drives are plugged in.
Do not use a USB Pendrive for Startup Repair.​

1) Use the Rebuild BCD in this tutorial:

2) Fix MBR.

I followed above two steps. but unfortunately nothing changed.. problem is still there I can't login..

At this point I would copy out my files using Installation DVD/Repair CD: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console or Paragon Rescue CD.

Then clean reinstall booting Installation DVD, choose Custom Install, then Drive Options to delete all partitions, create new as you wish, then format before install to first partition after 100mb SysReserved: Clean Install Windows 7

yeah.. thats what I gonna do next.. Thank you guys for helping me.. Finally, is there anything to do after the installation. I mean when considering malware attack I have faced..? Do I need to scan my harddisks after the new installation..?(I already did couple of scans and removed threts)

Always install a Anti-Virus.

Just to be sure due to the infection you can wipe your HD of all code before installing: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
