windows easy transfer wizard problems with office 2010

here at my work we are win 7 enterprise with office 2007. We have to use a cac card to login. We are now required to image our customers systems with win 7 enterprise and office 2010. The easy transfer wizard hoses the customers email certificates from thier cac if we use the easy transfer wizard. From office 2007 to office 2007 it is not an issue. Has anyone else had this kind of issue?

Figured it out. Group policies. Deleted them and replace with knowen good group policie.
