Solved Windows Experience Index needs to be refreshed doesn't disappear

I installed new drivers and Win 7 requested to update Windows Experience Index. I did it. But this suggestion doesn't disappear. What is the reason? And how can I fix it? Thanks.

It's something with my Intel GMA 3150 driver. I've uninstalled him and done refresh WEI and refresh button disappeared with WEI sets to 1.0. Then I've again install driver and done refresh of WEI and this button with message hasn't disappeared. I will try to find newer driver... Hope it will help...

I think that it's a driver's problem in despite of that that I've installed a newer driver.
