Hi,

I just noticed this problem a few days ago. Whenever my display turns off, all my windows in explorer closes even when I am moving files. I don't really know how this happened but it is very annoying. Also, my windows explorer crashes like 5 times a day. It says that windows explorer is not responding and I have to wait for it to refresh but there are also times when I can't open it anymore then I'll have to restart my computer.

I have already done a full virus scan and system file checker but there were no threats or errors found.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thank you.

Welcome shine21 to the windows 7 forums.

People here would be able to help you if you filled in the system specifications under your Control Panel.

Also, you might want to list what programs or changes you have made to your system.
