Solved Windows Explorer Hangs when Right Clicking any jpg file or files

If I right click any jpg file, it causes windows explorer to hang. I cannot open the right click menu. If I click on any other type of file, no problem. Any ideas how to fix this? I am using Windows 7, SP1 with all of the latest updates and Windows Security Essentials.

It is likely something that was installed that adds options into the context menu (Right click menu)
