Hi guys,

I just installed iCloud for Window applications today, but sadly it not working. After couple min chat with apple support agent, i found out that there might be an issue with my Windows Media Features.

However when i go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Window Features on or off, it gives me a blank window.

This is what I tried so far:

Still no luck, Im running Window 7 64b SP 1 pro.

Any help would be really appreciated!!!

Hello stupidcat, and Welcome to Seven Forums.

#1) To Turn Windows Features "on" or "off" you must be signed in as an administrator.
#2) Also go into services, and check that the Windows Module Installer service is enabled and set to Automatic.

My account is local admin, i even enable the "administrator" account and try but still.
The Window Module Installer service has been set as Automatic already.
