Hey, i tried both of those things and i even tried upgrading to Windows 10 with no luck, i'm positve it's something wrong with my HDD, files lose their icons, cant see certain things in explorer (My Computer Etc.),Cant use 'Open With' on any file without windows Explorer crashing etc.

Is there any way to fix this, and if not, how do i transfer my windows license to a new SDD or HDD?

You could remove the old drive and clean install Windows 7 on the new drive. During Windows Setup, you can enter your COA product key to activate with.
